MMR Student Information

The entrance requirements for the MMR program at The University of Georgia are rigorous.

University of Georgia MMR graduates have become many of the "movers and shakers" of our profession - leading the way in truly bringing the voice of the customer to marketing decision-making.

The admissions committee considers: undergraduate grade point average (GPA), including grades in mathematics and statistics courses; GMAT verbal and quantitative percentiles; relevant work experience, with particular attention to marketing-related internships or experiences; recommendation letters and personal letter; and, the recommendation based on a personal interview with an MMR Advisory Board member.

The Terry College of Business and the MMR faculty are committed to The University of Georgia's strategic initiative to increase the cultural diversity of the student body and the sensitivity of the faculty and students to cultural diversity issues. The MMR program is also committed to recruiting nationally and internationally to reflect the increasing globalization of business enterprise.

All applicants must meet the graduate school requirements and minimums. Foreign students must file appropriate financial status reports, meet TOEFL standards, and present evidence of bachelor's degree equivalency.
