PhD Admissions

Applying to our program should be done by following the application procedures from the Terry College of Business . Accepted applicants generally have a GMAT in the 85 percentile and above. Moreover, all international students whose native language is not English and wish to be considered for financial aid must submit a TOEFL iBT® score along with their application, regardless of their graduating institution. Preference will be given to students scoring 26 or higher on the iBT Speak Test. Students who have an iBT Speak score of 24 or 25 may be admitted, but will be required to take some coursework in conversational English as well.

Financial Aid

Generally, applicants accepted in our program benefit from tuition waiver and competitive departmental stipend for the four years they are in the program. Moreover, additional / alternative financial aid may be available from the Graduate School and other sources.

To be given full consideration of UGA and Terry College funding/assistantships, your application file should be completed by the end of the calendar year (December 31).
