Our faculty has an outstanding record of education and research. The program at Georgia is generally considered in the top ten MIS programs in the country. Faculty are prominent in major MIS forums such as the Association for Information Systems, International Conference in Information Systems and MIS Quarterly. The faculty is active in international MIS research projects and is internationally recognized for their expertise. More than 70 textbooks have been written by the MIS faculty. In addition, MIS professors are involved in management education and consulting, which brings a practical dimension to their classes.
