Getting Value from Information Systems

Dr. Dave Chatterjee recently conducted a five-hour educational workshop in Savannah on “IT Value Management” for the Georgia Chapter of Government Management and Information Sciences (GMIS). This group comprises IT directors, managers, and administrators working in local government. The topics covered in the program included:
