SMIS Wins 2012 Distinguished Chapter Award

Each year, Association for Information Systems (AIS) student chapters submit a report outlining their activities over the past academic year. As a result, in October, SMIS was declared a winner of the 2012 Distinguished Chapter award. SMIS won the prestigious Chapter of the Year award in 2010 and Distinguished Chapter in 2011. The continuous efforts of the 2012 Executive Board, over 175 SMIS members, fully supportive faculty, alumni, and corporate partners contributed to SMIS being a Distinguished Chapter two years in a row.
