Make a Gift
The next phase of ILA growth will focus on the enhancement of existing programs and pursuit of new opportunities to create and teach the critical leadership knowledge needed in business. Specifically, our goals include:
- Creating opportunities for more students to experience ILA leadership development programs.
- Offering introductory leadership development activities for all Terry College of Business students.
- Collaborating with business partners to identify, develop and deliver meaningful education experiences for organizational leaders.
- Enriching the leadership development experiences for graduate students.
- Creating new experiences in leadership research and education for faculty and practitioners.

In order to accomplish these goals, as well as meet our current needs, ILA needs to increase support. As a privately funded enterprise, ILA does not receive any state or tuition funds. Students participate in these programs through the generosity of individuals and corporations who believe in the need to develop a new class of leaders.
Individual Contributions
The majority of ILA support comes through individual givers — students, alumni, parents, and community partners. Many of our donors maximize their giving through their company's matching funds to charitable organizations.
ILA Graduates Give Back
Each year, ILA graduates are quick to give back to the organization that supported their growth and development. And the 2007 graduating class of Leonard Scholars took their stewardship to a new level commitment. They made a pledge to give $29,370 back to ILA over the next five years.
