ILA develops leadership skills for every career choice.

Employers frequently indicate that ILA graduates are well prepared for organizational leadership roles and ask, “How can I recruit ILA students?” There are numerous ways to develop the relationships necessary to support employer recruiting. Some of these methods include:

• Serve as a mentor and help students maximize their college experience and prepare for their transition to the work force
• Offer internships that give students practical experience to accompany their Terry College classroom education
• Provide support by speaking in classes, serving on case study judging panels, etc.
• Become a Corporate Partner with ILA

Students are currently looking for internship opportunities that expose them to work-related experiences and further develop their leadership skills. These students are among the best and the brightest at UGA and would be a tremendous asset as an intern or full time role at your company.
