ILAD 5100

This class examines leadership in business organizations. While the previous course in this sequence (ILAD 4100) focused largely on exploring personal skills, abilities, interests, and self-development plans, this course focuses mainly on leading and developing others in organizational settings through a servant leadership framework. The goals of the course are to provide students with cutting-edge knowledge about leadership practices as well as specific strategies for becoming a more effective leader in practice. Activities include a team-based year-long capstone service learning project in our community.
