The Leadership Research Consortium (LRC) is a collaboration between ILA Corporate Partners and Terry College faculty to identify and investigate major leadership challenges. The LRC accomplishes this by:
Tackling important questions about leadership problems facing corporations today
Stimulating innovative research projects through grants to faculty with expertise in the leadership area
Sponsoring leading scholars to provide seminars on cutting-edge research
Involving undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D students in the design and implementation of significant research projects
Developing a database for validating measures of leadership behaviors and assessing the effectiveness of various leadership training activities
