Graduate Support Services
The Institute for Leadership Advancement provides support services to the Executive MBA, the MBA and the IBM Program within the Terry College of Business. The ILA consults on the curriculum design and execution, provides executive coaches and support for leadership activities, and designs and selects various leadership assessments for each of these programs. |

The Executive Leadership Initiative consists of consulting services, customized leadership programs and open enrollment courses. At your request, ILA will diagnose your companies' leadership needs and help design activities to fit those needs. |

Leadership Research Consortium
The Leadership Research Consortium (LRC) is a collaboration of Terry College faculty designed to identify and investigate major leadership challenges. The consortium tackles important questions about leadership problems facing corporations today, stimulates innovative research projects through grants to faculty with expertise in the leadership area and sponsors leading scholars to provide seminars on cutting-edge research. |
