Google makes contribution to ILA

Google, a multinational internet and technology company, pledged $20,000 to support the Institute for Leadership Advancement’s (ILA) undergraduate programs. Google and ILA have built a relationship over the past few years, which included a recent campus recruitment event on Sept. 16, 2010. Former ILA students Carly Creighton (CPOL ’07) and Courtney Fennell (LLSP ’10) are currently employed at the technology powerhouse. ILA is proud to add Google to a list of corporate sponsors that also includes Eli Lilly, Synovus, Chick-fil-A, the Shepherd Center, Altria, Primerica, Coca-Cola, BB&T, and Georgia Power. ILA looks forward to how this contribution will develop future leadership students.
