Students in our Undergraduate Leadership Programs have been pre-selected as the best of the Terry College of Business and the University of Georgia. They have the leadership skills, business degrees, and preparation to make an immediate impact in your firm. As an ILA partner, you will have preferred recruiting opportunities to hire our student-leaders for internships and permanent positions as well as the opportunity to provide one-day externships.

Executive Events
We bring you and other business leaders together with top faculty from the Terry College of Business to create a dynamic environment of discussion and debate to solve leadership challenges. Regular executive events will include information on the latest leadership trends and interactive discussion on workplace issues and solutions.
