My ILA

The challenges of today's fast paced business environment can best be met by increasing the number of empowered and well-informed leaders. Thus, providing information to equip and enable developing leaders to reach their potential is fundamental to the ILA mission. Students in the Leonard Leadership Scholars Program and the Leadership Certificate Program are taught vital leadership skills and are prepared to add value to their organization and community. These cutting edge programs works to increase students' self-awareness and knowledge about personal leadership and increase their knowledge and applied practice of key competencies for successful leadership. These students are among the best and brightest at UGA and would be a tremendous asset at your company as a full time employee.

Recruiting Process

  • Post an opportunity on our student listserv. If you have an employment opportunity you would like to make available to all of our students, please contact us and we will post your job announcement on our student listserv. Interested students can then contact you directly. In your announcement, please include a brief job description outlining the duties and requirements of the position, a contact person at your firm, a brief description of the activities of your firm or department within your firm, and a web address whenever possible.

Our office is happy to assist you in recruiting these top students. We would like to make the process smooth and efficient for both you and our students. Please contact us with any questions or feedback.
