ILA Funding Update
As a result of a funding proposal to Citigroup Foundation on behalf of Primerica, ILA is the grateful recipient of a recent $50,000 gift. These funds will be used to expand and support the two undergraduate programs of the Institute for Leadership Advancement. The ILA was also a proud recipient of a grant from the UGA Parents and Family Association. Funds from this grant will be used to support the ILA Executive Speaker Series. Mid and Katie Ramsey also made a generous gift to the operating funds of the ILA. In addition, over $2,600 was given by Scholar and L.E.A.D. students and parents through the ILA Annual Fund. Overall, friends of ILA donated a total of $343,415 for the 2004-05 fiscal year ILA operating budget. ILA would not exist without the generous support of our financial partners. Since all of our programs are privately funded, a main strategic goal of the ILA is to raise private funding to completely implement and sustain the six ILA programs. With these contributions, the Terry College of Business and ILA will produce future generations of leaders that will impact their organizations and their communities.

Thanks to all our contributors for the year 2004-05: All Points Erosion, Miriam Bacon, Alan and Cindy Bullock, The Coca-Cola Company, Jerry and Suzette Craft, Frank Family Foundation, Randy and Susan Frost, The Home Depot, Earl and Bebe Leonard, Katie Mathis, Gavin Earl McQuiston, James and Patricia Odom, Jack and Roslyn Palmer, Joey Pella, Philip Morris USA, Mid and Katie Ramsey, Mike and Mary Reeves, Bill and Lynda Schenzel, Jessica Steinberg, Bradford Swann, Synovus, Matt and Jennifer Thompson, Melvin and Gwin Thompson, Ty and Jennifer Tippett, UGA Parents and Family Association, Leo and Angie Wells, Bill and Beverly Williams, and Lowell and Toni White.
