The Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA) is a multidisciplinary academic organization housed in the Terry College of Business. Its purpose is to:
- Create and promote cutting-edge knowledge about leadership
- Use this knowledge to develop leaders who enhance the performance of their organizations and communities
|
The ILA currently offers six programs. Through these programs, the Institute provides a variety of opportunities for undergraduate students, graduate students, executives, and business organizations. Because of its breadth and the academic focus of its programs, the ILA is one of the most comprehensive leadership development and research institutes to exist within a university setting anywhere in the country. |
