 Ben Ayers: Associate Professor of Accounting in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Ayers teaches and conducts research on the effects of taxes on security prices, business decisions, and corporate acquisitions. He also currently serves as a Mentor in the Leadership Scholars Program within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |
 Vikki Clawson: ILA Leadership Program Professor; VP and Managing Director of Bostrom and Associates. Dr. Clawson teaches leadership courses to Scholars and L.E.A.D students of the ILA. She currently serves as a leadership development coach for the full-time MBA and Executive MBA programs at the Terry College. Since 1985, Vikki has worked as an organizational development consultant, leadership trainer and executive coach. Prior to consulting and university teaching, Vikki worked for 10 years as an administrator and director of HR management and education and training in both private and not-for-profit hospitals. |
 Christopher Cornwell: Professor of Economics in the Terry College of Business and Director of the Leonard Leadership Scholars Program at ILA. Dr. Cornwell's research interests focus on the areas of applied econometrics, productivity growth, compensation incentives, and the economics of education. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in econometrics, labor economics, and microeconomic principles. He currently serves as an EMBA Leadership Course Instructor within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |
 Mark C. Dawkins: Associate Professor of Accounting in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Dawkins teaches financial accounting courses. His research interests include bankruptcy, market reactions to information disclosures, and market effects of information asymmetry. He also currently serves as a Mentor in the Leadership Scholars Program within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |
Peggy Emmelhainz: Terry Teaching Fellow in Marketing in the Terry College of Business. Her teaching interests include Principles of Marketing, Services Marketing, Marketing Research, and Logistics. Dr. Emmelhainz's research interests include electronic commerce, customer satisfaction and strategic partnerships. She also currently serves as a Mentor in the Leadership Scholars Program within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |
 Daniel C. Feldman: Associate Dean for Research, Professor of Management, Synovus Chair of Servant Leadership and Director of the Leadership Research Consortium in the Terry College of Business. His research interests include organizational socialization, early career indecision, part-time and temporary employment, layoffs and unemployment, expatriation, and early retirement incentives. He also currently serves as a Certificate Program Instructor, EMBA Leadership Course Instructor and Executive Coach within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |

 Mark Huber: Executive Assistant Professor of MIS in the Terry College of Business and Director of the L.E.A.D. Certificate in Leadership Program in the Institute for Leadership Advancement. Dr. Huber's teaching focuses on team facilitation, leadership, system analysis and design, and information systems.  Melenie Lankau: Assistant Professor in Management in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Lankau has served as Director for the Leonard Leadership Scholars Program and is currently teaching for them. She has taught Leadership Skills to full-time and part-time MBA students, and undergraduate students. Her research interests include mentoring, leadership, team process, and diversity in the workplace. She currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Management and the Board of the Southern Management Association. |
 Charles Lankau: Terry Teaching Fellow in both Risk Management and Legal Studies in the Terry College of Business. Lankau has practiced law in the fields of insurance law, commercial law, personal injury, automobile negligence, intellectual property and criminal defense.  William D. Lastrapes: Professor and Department Head of the Economics Department in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Lastrapes conducts research in empirical macroeconomics, monetary economics, financial economics, and international finance.  Thomas Leigh: Professor of Marketing and Tanner Chair in Sales Management in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Leigh teaches and conducts research on sales force strategy, customer relationship management, B2B partnerships and account management, and the role of the selling function in organizational learning. He also currently serves as a Mentor in the Leadership Scholars Program within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |
 Earl T. Leonard Jr.: Terry College Distinguished Executive in Residence and Former Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs Division, Coca Cola Company. Mr. Leonard graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism in 1958 and a law degree in 1961. Mr. Leonard is a major benefactor of and serves as a Mentor to students in the Leadership Scholars Program within the Institute for Leadership Advancement. |

Dr. Linck teaches and conducts research on corporate governance, organizational structure, market efficiency, international finance, market efficiency, and international finance.  Henry Munneke: Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Munneke teaches in the area of real estate valuation. He conducts research on topics relating to land use and the movement of prices over time.  David Mustard: Assistant Professor of Economics in the Terry College of Business. Dr. Mustard's research focuses on microeconomic policy-related questions, especially law and economics, crime, casino gambling, lotteries, gun control, sentencing, labor economics, education and merit-based aid.
