Risk Management and Insurance Resume Book Fall 2012 Deadline for submission: Thursday, January 17, 2013
Resume books containing the resumes of more than 100 graduating seniors are distributed twice a year (September and February), free of charge, to over 1,000 businesses throughout the United States. The deadline for students to submit a resume for the next edition is posted in the upcoming events.
The Risk Management and Insurance Program and the Insurance Society sponsor this resume book which provides students the opportunity to post their resumes on the Internet and to have their resumes included in the employer mailing. In order to post your resume on the Risk Management and Insurance web page and be included in the resume book mailing, you must be a Risk Management and Insurance major and a member of the Insurance Society. MBA students in the RMI sequence should consult with their instructor for details.
The Spring 2013 Resume Book is open to students who will graduate Spring 2013, Summer 2013 or Fall 2013. If you wish to have your resume included in the Spring 2013 Risk Management and Insurance Resume Book and included in the online resume book, you need to follow the Resume Book Instructions below.

Students should have their resume critiqued by the UGA Career Center staff prior to submitting it to the RMI Program. Once you have a written resume, bring a printed version of your resume to one of the following locations to go over it with a Career Consultant:

Submit Your Resume to the RMI Program
Email your resume to Wendy Wyatt as an attachment in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. For your convenience, there is no requirement as to the layout of your resume. However, they should be no longer than one page in length. Moreover, the department reserves the right to contact the resume submitter in the event the resume does not meet professional standards.
