General Information: The University of Georgia's Risk Management and Insurance internship program offers students the chance to simultaneously earn money, obtain experience, gain crucial practical knowledge that cannot be learned through course work, and earn credit toward a degree. Intern sponsors often find their students to be real assets, offering them full-time positions upon graduation. Both small and large corporations all over the United States have participated in the program.

Students seeking a summer internship should complete an internship intent form by FEBRUARY 1 to obtain the highest priority regarding job leads. However, note that intent forms are accepted after this date, and internships are available throughout the year.
