Because of generous financial support from alumni and other industry partners, in the past year the Risk Management and Insurance program has been able to:

• Award more than 150 student scholarships
• Send students to valuable industry conferences and seminars such as:
  • The Annual Gamma Iota Sigma Insurance Seminar in Michigan
  • The Troy Excess & Surplus Lines Symposium in Alabama
• The Atlanta RIMS Educational Conference
• Organize and host the Annual Risk and Insurance Careers Day
• Prepare Résumé Books containing student résumés and make them available to over 1,000 employers

Even with the generous support that we have received in the past, our needs continue to exceed the available funds. Continued support will make sure our students continue to have access to the highest level of resources and opportunities and will assure that the Risk Management and Insurance program remains among the top programs in the country.
