Rob Hoyt led a three-person team that is conducting research on the growth of "catastrophe securitization," a promising alternative to corporate risk management instruments and even federal natural disaster insurance programs.

Steven Pottier
Pottier conducted a study related to the proposed Optional Federal Charter, which, if implemented, would issue federal charters and licenses to insurers that currently must obtain a license for each state where they do business — or form a separate company in each state.
