Undergraduate Study Abroad and Exchange Programs

International business programs allow students to earn credit toward their degree through courses taught abroad by Terry faculty or partner institutions.
Although not a requirement for business majors, participation in international programs is highly recommended, as they enhance your employability and overall college experience. Participants strengthen their foreign language skills, experience other cultures, and learn to appreciate diversity. Often, these programs result in lifelong friendships as well as potential internship and employment opportunities.
UGA offers over 90 study abroad and exchange programs to its students. The programs listed below are designed specifically for business majors. Students interested in these programs should contact the program office listed for more information.

Notes:
- Students participating in University-approved international programs—such as the National Student Exchange (NSE), UGA international exchange programs or study abroad programs—are exempt from the UGA degree requirement that 45 of the last 60 credit hours be completed in residence. Rather, 45 of the total 121 credit hours must be completed in residence.
- When selecting credit-bearing international programs taught by non-UGA faculty (e.g., for transfer credit), a student must complete and submit a credit approval form (PDF | 824 KB) to the UGA Office of International Education before departure.
