On-campus interviews provide the opportunity to post a position, preview candidates’ resumes, and then arrange to interview students at The University of Georgia Career Center or the MBA Career Management Center

We provide a professional atmosphere with private interview rooms for you to meet individually with students to discuss full-time and internship positions. The prime recruiting season typically runs September through November and February through April.

Campus Interview Schedule Types

Pre-select Interview Schedule

Allows you the option of previewing interested students’ resumes and inviting the students you wish to interview.

Pre-select to Alternate Interview Schedule

48 hours after your pre-selected candidates sign up starts, if there are still available time slots the schedule opens up for your Alternate candidates.

Pre-select to Alternate to Open Interview Schedule

48 hours after your alternate candidates sign up starts, if there are still available time slots, the schedule opens for any candidate.

Open Schedule

If the candidates meet the requirements you set forth in our system, they are allowed to select a time for their interview online on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room Only Reservation

You are welcome to reserve one or more of our interview rooms to interview candidates with whom you have already made contact. Once your date request is approved, contact your candidates to set individual interview times. You may also choose "Room Only" to request a greeting room in conjunction with already reserved interview rooms or to serve as a place for students to fill out any needed paperwork. This reservation must be requested separately from your interview rooms.

2. By return email, you will receive your date confirmation and instructions asking you to immediately post/attach your OCR job(s) to your scheduled visit:
