Registration Options
Prospective attendees are urged to make reservations as soon as possible. Registrations will be accepted in the order which they are received. The registration fee of $1,095 includes admission to all sessions, lunches, dinners, social hours, refreshment breaks, and program materials. Please note that payment is required by March 27, 2009 to hold your spot.
Cancellation requests received prior to 5:00 pm on March 27, 2009, will be honored with a full tuition refund. You may substitute other employees for those who will be unable to attend; however, registration fees can no longer be transferred to a future date. This policy will be strictly enforced due to limited seating capacity and the impracticality of others making plans on short notice.
