The Terry College of Business Executive Programs offers you Fundamentals for New Directors. This 2-day program for new board members and senior executives explores best practices in corporate governance and will provide you with practical insight into how to handle today's boardroom challenges.

In light of the new legislation and regulatory changes, every board member should be aware of his or her legal, fiduciary, and ethical responsibilities and liabilities. Learn the fundamental roles and responsibilities of the board and its committees, methods for evaluating financial health and performance, and practical ways of implementing new regulatory requirements. Interact with other board members and executives who share similar experiences and take with you a practical, informed perspective for helping your board achieve and sustain superior performance.
