Forum Overview
In response to change that cannot be ignored, we are often tempted to task a couple of managers to rush an organization design in a "hidden back room". But the result is almost always based on a limited perspective and lacks sufficient detail to be explained and defended, and can paralyze an organization. However, there is a proven approach to developing an optimal organizational design that clearly defines roles for staff and management as it aligns with the business strategy. By following this robust process, organizations will be able to withstand major business changes without having to redesign their whole organizational structure.

This forum is designed for executives who can significantly impact their business, and provides an opportunity to interact with peers across industries and geographies. Panels, facilitated discussions, and break-out groups allow participants to learn from experts, ask questions, and discuss obstacles encountered, while exploring how these proven strategies will result in a successful (re)design of your organization.
