Conference Dates: October 8 - 9, 2009
Conference Location: Intercontinental Hotel
The registration fee includes conference materials, refreshment breaks, continental breakfasts, Thursday luncheon and evening social.
Notification of cancellation must be received by Thursday, September 25, to receive a refund of the program fee. Participants who cancel after September 25 are not eligible for a refund but may designate a substitute.
