Leading Through Change is a three-day program that introduces participants to a new way of responding to the increasingly complex nature of change in today's fast-paced business environment. The course is jointly taught by two leading UGA faculty with extensive experience in helping companies develop stronger leaders who can guide their organization to better performance.
