The death of hacker-activist Aaron Swartz has sparked conversations around the issues of open access, intellectual property, and copyright law. Our panel will look at several issues connected to Swartz’s case from both a communications and copyright law perspective, and address larger questions of ethical and legal action in a fast-changing information landscape.
