Bill Lampton is a former UGA professor, who went on to serve as a vice president of three colleges and then vice president of a medical center. He then went on to establish his own company, Championship Communication, in 1996. Championship Communication helps companies identify their major communication barriers, and then creates an extended action plan for overcoming them to strengthen teamwork, morale, productivity and profits. The company helps executives speak with “poise, power, and persuasion” to generate “attention, agreement, and action.”

Championship Communication’s client list includes British Columbia Legal Management Association, Ritz-Carlton Cancun, Krystal Company, Missouri Bar, Celebrity Cruises, University of Georgia Athletic Association, Club Managers Association of America, and Crawford & Company.
