This three-day program integrates three disciplines critical to every business leader who needs to develop an enterprise-wide lens that enables new business growth. The highly interactive program equips participants with a sharper set of strategic-thinking skills and a plan of action to create a sustainable competitive advantage. 

The program was developed by John Haleblian, PhD, Associate Professor of Management at UGA, Stuart Gillan, PhD, Associate Professor of Finance at UGA, and David Sutherland, PhD, Founder and Managing Director of Launch Institute, a consulting firm that helps companies achieve top-line growth.

The former Emerging Leader Academy has been broken down into two programs, Leading Through Change and Cultivating a Strategic Mindset.  Those who complete both programs will earn a Certificate in Business Leadership.
