Leading Through Change prepares participants to mobilize their teams to reach maximum potential. This is a three-day program (March 6-7, 2013 and April 4, 2013) that introduces participants to a new way of responding to the increasingly complex nature of change in today's fast-paced business environment.

The former Emerging Leader Academy has been broken down into two programs, Leading Through Change and Cultivating a Strategic Mindset.  Those who complete both programs will earn a Certificate in Business Leadership. 

Leading Through Change is offered at a $450 discount for UGA Alumni. 

Non Alumni who register for Leading Through Change prior to February 8 will receive a $300 discount.
