The Undergraduate Student Services will be hosting Wall Street Prep’s Financial & Valuation Modeling Seminars at Terry College of Business at University of Georgia on the weekends of October 13-14, 2012 and February 23-24, 2013. 

PROGRAM AGENDA
These instructor-led on-campus seminars, leading to Certification in Financial and Valuation Modeling*, will encompass 32 hours of training and the following topics:
Day 1 – Saturday, October 13, 2012 (8am-5pm): Financial Statement Modeling
Day 2 – Sunday, October 14, 2012 (8am-5pm): Valuation and Discounted Cash Flow Modeling
Day 3 – Saturday, February 23, 2013 (8am-5pm): Mergers & Acquisitions Modeling
Day 4 – Sunday, February 24, 2013 (8am-5pm): Leveraged Buyout Modeling

*Note: Students will receive Certification upon successful completion of online-based test anytime within 12 months of seminar attendance
