Tony is a Principal at M3 Advisors and Martin Financial Group, LLC. He is primarily responsible for the creation and implementation of our client's strategic plans for both firms. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer who enjoys sharing with a wide variety of audiences.
Tony primarily focuses on integrating the tax and financial aspects of business organizations and their owners. His experience includes a broad range of tax, trusts and estates and general corporate matters including sophisticated estate planning, closely-held business counseling, business succession planning, the structuring of business entities, joint ventures and the acquisition and sale of business interests. Mr. Martin also counsels individuals and families regarding federal, state, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and the development of complex estate plans.
Tony is a board member of the UGA Terry College of Business Alumni Board, Junior Achievement of Savannah and the Valmark Member Advisory Board.

Terry Brown is chief executive officer of EDENS, one of the nation’s leading private owners, operators, and developers of retail real estate. Brown, a summa cum laude graduate of UGA’s Terry College of Business, joined EDENS as CEO in 2002. Under Brown’s leadership, EDENS has established marketplace leadership positions in sustainability practices, technology, and management training. Brown was previously CEO of Andersen Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for strategy and investment banking activities on a global basis across the real estate, manufacturing, technology, services, and energy industries. Prior to joining Andersen, he was a U.S. Army officer. Brown is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Urban Land Institute. He is a former trustee and executive committee member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and he is a member of the Liberty Fellowship, a leadership initiative sponsored by the Aspen Institute. Brown serves on the board of directors of the University of Georgia Foundation, Consolidated Systems, and the Opus Corporation. He is also a member of the Palmetto Business Forum. Brown was a 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year regional award winner and a national finalist.

Will is originally from Augusta, Georgia and, after his graduation from the University of Georgia in 1992 (BBA – Accounting), he moved to Atlanta and began his professional career at Arthur Andersen. In 2002, he started at Deloitte & Touche and became a partner in Deloitte's audit practice in 2005. He currently leads Deloitte's Atlanta financial services and real estate industry group. He has over 21 years of public accounting experience during which he has assisted companies with resolving complex accounting issues and financial reporting matters.
In addition to spending time serving clients, Will is actively involved in the Atlanta community and with the University of Georgia. He is the finance chair of the board of directors of the Chastain Park Conservancy and is the co-chair of the Employee for the Arts fundraising campaign at the Woodruff Arts Center. He leads Deloitte's recruiting efforts at the University of Georgia and its 5 year, $1 million fundraising campaign to permanently endow a teaching fellowship at the Tull School of Accounting.
