    Mary serves as a private wealth advisor for Goldman Sachs & Co. Her team works closely with ultra high-net-worth individuals, families and select institutions across the Southeast to deliver advice and customized wealth management solutions. Mary joined Goldman Sachs after receiving her MBA from George Washington University. Prior to business school, Mary worked for Mercer Consulting in their health & benefits practice. In that role, she was responsible for managing and negotiating large employer health insurance plans on behalf of her clients. She began her career as an analyst for FBR Capital Markets in investment banking. While with FBR, she performed financial valuation and assisted in the structure and execution of investment banking transactions.

    Mary holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where she was an Earl Leonard Leadership Scholar. She is actively involved with various non-profit organizations in Atlanta, including Shepherd Center.

    Terry Talks Banking with John Coffin, Atlantic Capital Bank

    Join us for a roundtable discussion on banking with John Coffin. Mr. Coffin is the executive vice president and banking group executive of Atlantic Capital Bank. He oversees the bank's corporate and private banking divisions. Mr. Coffin's background includes commercial, capital markets and corporate banking experience. Before becoming an officer of the company, he spent ten years at Wachovia Bank, most recently in the position of senior vice president and Atlanta Commercial Banking team leader. Prior to this role, he was the head of the business services corporate banking group following Wachovia's merger with First Union. From 1996 through 2001, he held other sales management and origination roles, with client coverage responsibility throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Wachovia in 1996, Mr. Coffin worked in New York in the media and telecommunications group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank (through these two mergers). Mr. Coffin earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Dartmouth College. He received a master of business administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, with a finance and international business concentration.

    Employer Info Session: Credigy

    Rotation Program Overview: The analysts will participate in an intensive job rotation program, with opportunities to gain experience in various critical functions of the company. Job rotations will take place throughout the analysts' first 18-24 months with the company and may include exposure to the following areas – valuation & pricing, due diligence, business intelligence, modeling & decision analytics, inventory management, business development, finance, legal, operations, etc.

    Each rotation will include area-specific performance goals and development opportunities. In every rotation, analysts will be tasked with performing complex analyses to optimize business processes, increase productivity, mitigate risks and/or maximize company revenue. For example, analysts may be responsible for designing and implementing “statistical process control” based reviews of critical business processes or be part of a team responsible for creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company performance. Regardless of the individual rotation objectives, we expect our analysts to be comfortable attacking analytical problems and be capable of doing so with a creative bent. Analysts must have the ability to work well with various technical and analytical teams within the organization to produce meaningful summary analysis and recommendations from such efforts.

    Following completion of the program, and with direct mentorship and guidance from senior management, the analysts are expected to select an area of focus where they will continue their professional development and direct their long-term career path at Credigy.     Terry Talks with Will Herman

Will is originally from Augusta, Georgia and, after his graduation from the University of Georgia in 1992 (BBA – Accounting), he moved to Atlanta and began his professional career at Arthur Andersen. In 2002, he started at Deloitte & Touche and became a partner in Deloitte's audit practice in 2005. He currently leads Deloitte's Atlanta financial services and real estate industry group. He has over 21 years of public accounting experience during which he has assisted companies with resolving complex accounting issues and financial reporting matters.
