In its sixth year, the Professional Women's Conference will be held Thursday, November 5, 2015, and offers a day of networking and learning through keynote speakers, panel discussions and small group meetings with industry leaders, female executives and mentors. The conference has a distinct focus on personal and professional development, leadership and career growth. A networking reception the night before offers additional opportunities to engage and interact with top professionals.

Come learn more about a new Google initiative on campus. The CS First program provides an introduction to coding for 4th to 8th grade students at local schools. These sessions will include engaging projects where students will create games, art projects, and more. By exposing children to technology, students from all backgrounds gain a valuable skill and learn about opportunities within the field. No technical experience is needed to volunteer.

The Terry College is now accepting applications for the Mary Virginia Terry Student Support Fund Scholarships. Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded to a Terry junior or senior, therefore you must be graduating on or before December 2017 to be eligible. Selection will be based on academic achievement, philanthropic/community service, commitment to advancing the interests of women in business, and leadership qualities. Deadline for submissions is 5:00 p.m. on Monday September 21, 2015.
