This month’s topic on the Qualifying Investor Tax Credit should be relevant to startups that may want to help their investors take advantage of this credit or investors looking to use it in a deal. The Qualifying Investor Tax Credit, or “Angel Investment Credit,” is designed to incentivize investors to fund early-stage businesses in Georgia.
