Charles Stokes joined the CDC Foundation as executive director when it began operating in 1995. Under his leadership, the foundation has grown from a two-person team to a staff of more than 100 professionals managing approximately 250 public health programs. Prior to joining the CDC Foundation, he worked for 22 years with the Missouri Department of Health.

Terry College of Business at UGA invites alumni to join the Terry Young Alumni Board for a night of revelry and networking, and watch the Atlanta Hawks take on the Sacramento Kings. Tickets are $20 each, which includes unlimited popcorn and soda. Game will be Wednesday November 18, tipoff at 8pm, and a happy hour at 6:30 (location tbd).
We'll also have some other exciting surprises, so come out, have fun, meet with other Terry alums, and root on ATL's best!

In its sixth year, the Professional Women's Conference will be held Thursday, November 5, 2015, and offers a day of networking and learning through keynote speakers, panel discussions and small group meetings with industry leaders, female executives and mentors. The conference has a distinct focus on personal and professional development, leadership and career growth. A networking reception the night before offers additional opportunities to engage and interact with top professionals.
