Molly Fletcher is a trailblazer in every sense of the word. Hailed as "the female Jerry Maguire" by CNN, she represented sport's biggest names and negotiated over $500 million in contracts. Her clients included: Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews, and basketball championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers. Molly has been featured in ESPN, Fast Company, Forbes and Sports Illustrated. She is the author of four books. Her newest book, Fearless at Work, is now available for pre-order and is in stores on April 7. A graduate of Michigan State University, Molly resides in Atlanta with her husband Fred and their three daughters. She currently serves as a National Trustee member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and is on the national advisory board for the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Michelle Blue is an Atlanta native and a graduate of both Southwest Dekalb High School and the University of Georgia. In 2011, during the summer of her sophomore year as a marketing and fashion merchandising major, she took a trip to Ghana for a study abroad program. Forever changed by the experience she shared with the girls there, she launched Bené — a collection of scarves inspired by the Ghanan culture. The company is committed to providing an education to girls in Ghana by sponsoring tuition, books, supplies and uniforms for the girls to continue their education and fulfill their dreams.

Kizmet “Kiz” Adams (JD ’89) is the Work/Life Balance coordinator at the University of Georgia. In her role, she is responsible for finding resources and providing services to help UGA’s 10,000+ employees manage the demands of work and life. Throughout her career, she served in faculty and administrative positions at Georgia Law. Kiz is also a Pilates instructor and a mother of four.
Lauren Barrs (BBA '09)

Lauren Barrs is an Assistant Director within EY's Campus Recruiting function, serving EY's Advisory practice across the Southeast region and managing all hiring efforts at the University of Georgia. As a Terry graduate, former Young Alumni Board member, and current Terry Mentor, Lauren's connection with UGA and Terry spans both her professional and personal life. She enjoys having the opportunity to engage one-on-one with students, providing them direct guidance on how to prepare for the business world. Lauren lives in Buckhead and works at the EY office in Downtown Atlanta.

Drew Egan serves as the Financial Well-Being Project Manager at SunTrust Banks, Inc. SunTrust is a purpose-driven company dedicated to Lighting the Way to Financial Well-Being. In his role, Mr. Egan is responsible for the design and implementation of internal and external financial well-being programs, including Momentum onUp, a financial fitness program for companies of all sizes. Prior to joining SunTrust in 2015, Mr. Egan was the Vice President of 8 Pillars Financial Education Company — one of the leaders in Workplace Financial Wellness — where he helped develop and deliver financial wellness programs for companies including SAS, Overstock.com, 1-800 CONTACTS, Holiday Inn, and eBay. Mr. Egan has a degree in Family Finance and has been published on the effects of financial strain on marriage. His passion centers on helping people achieve financial greatness and he has taught and trained thousands to organize, automate, grow and protect their personal finances.

Kasey Gartner (BBA '03)
Field Director and Financial Advisor, NorthwesternMutual Buckhead
Kasey B. Gartner (BBA ’03) is the financial advisor and field director in the Buckhead office of Northwestern Mutual, helping her clients with investment, insurance and comprehensive financial planning. She has been recognized by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors in Atlanta as a Top Advisor Under 40 and a Top Female Advisor. She earned an MBA from Georgia State University, became a Certified Financial Planner, and has received the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living designations from The American College. Gartner and her 4-year-old son live in Atlanta.
Kristine Henning is a principal engineer for Delta Air Lines’ Performance Engineering Group, where her focus is aircraft weight and balance. She received her engineering degree from Purdue University in 1996, before starting at The Boeing Company, where she worked in flight operations, engineering, flight testing and sales support. Henning stays active by competing in marathons and triathlons and has coached a national amputee soccer team.
Brittany McCall (ABJ '09, BBA '09, MBA '10)
Area Finance Manager, Corrugated Container Southeast Area, WestRock
Brittany McCall (ABJ '09, BBA '09, MBA '10) is the Southeast Area Finance Manager for the Corrugated Container division of WestRock. She oversees the profitability, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts for seven facilities in the Southeast and Puerto Rico. Brittany also worked in the Corporate FP&A team for WestRock managing preparations for the Board of Directors and quarterly earning releases as well as the integration of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining WesRock, Brittany worked in collegiate and professional athletics as the Executive Director of Athletic Development for Mercer University and corporate sponsorships for the Atlanta Braves. During her time at UGA, Brittany travelled to all 7 continents with the Foundation Fellows, and was part of the ILA Leonard Leadership Scholars. She and her husband Matt live in Atlanta.
La'Vonda McLean, JD (BBA '04)

La'Vonda McLean currently serves as the Vice President and Financial Insurance and Executive Risk Placement Specialist at Willis Towers Watson. In addition to other responsibilities, she oversees the national delivery and strategy of professional liability lines of coverage for Willis Towers Watson healthcare clients, with an emphasis on portfolio management and expanding product array and capabilities in response to client demand for innovative solutions to risk management challenges in this area. McLean is a graduate of Howard University School of Law and earned her BBA in Risk Management and Insurance at the Terry College of Business in 2004.
Marisa Anne Pagnattaro

Marisa Anne Pagnattaro is the associate dean for research and graduate programs, the I.W. Cousins Professor of Business Ethics and a Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor of Legal Studies at the Terry College. She has received numerous teaching awards, including the Academy of Legal Studies in Business Master Teacher Award. As director of International Programs, Pagnattaro is involved with study abroad programs and the international business co-major. She is the former editor in Chief of the American Business Law Journal, the premier journal in her field and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. She earned a PhD in English from the University of Georgia, a JD from New York Law School and a BA from Colgate University.
Deborah Storey (AB '80, MBA '06)

Debbie Storey (AB '80, MBA '06) retired in 2016 after nearly 34 years with AT&T. In her most recent role as executive vice president — AT&T Mobility Customer Service, Storey oversaw customer care for all business and consumer AT&T Mobility customers, including advanced technical and digital support and social media. She managed a $1.5 billion operating budget and delivered more than $1.6B in total revenue.
Storey is the author of Don't Downsize Your Dreams: Leadership Inspiration for Women, a book that stresses the importance of having the courage and passion to achieve your vision of success.
Storey and her husband live in Dallas, Texas, and she serves on the Terry College Alumni Board, the Terry Dean's Advisory Council, the Afiniti Advisory Board, and the AT&T Performing Arts Center Board, where she is the programming committee chair.
