The J. M. Tull School of Accounting Annual Career Fair connects almost 400 UGA undergraduate and graduate accounting students with 50+ firms/companies.

Hosted by the Terry Alumni Board, the annual Alumni Awards and Gala is the college’s signature event. Distinguished Terry alumni, outstanding young alumni, and Pinnacle Society inductees are honored in an awards ceremony, while the event also serves as a fundraiser for the college.

The Annual Invitation Insurance Management Seminar (AIMS) invites a small group of industry leaders to informally discuss property liability insurance and risk management issues.

The Georgia Economic Outlook series annually draws several thousand influential business and governmental leaders to luncheons around the state. Directed by the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, this popular program has become the most comprehensive and detailed look at the future economy in Georgia.

Honors Day recognizes our high achievers who demonstrate excellence in their academic endeavors. Each year graduate and undergraduate recipients of named scholarships and departmental awards are celebrated at this special ceremony.

The 2014 UGA MMR Anniversary and Research Summit celebrates the 35th anniversary of the establishment of UGA’s Master of Marketing Research program.

Every spring we celebrate our newly admitted students by hosting a welcome lunch in front of Brooks Hall. New Terry students have an opportunity to meet cohorts in the same major as well as meet current Terry students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

Join alumnae and friends of the Terry College of Business for a day of networking and learning through keynote speakers and panel discussions with senior-level executives.

Our Risk Management and Insurance program is the largest in the country, with more than 300 undergraduates and 120 of those seeking employment upon graduation this year.

These panels bring a group of alumni to chat with students about a range of topics that include everything from industry know-how to adjusting to life after Terry.

Coordinated by the Multicultural Business Students Association (MBSA), the Terry Business Case Competition provides a simulated experience in dealing with real world situations. Students react to a problematic business scenario (based on an actual or probable situation) which extends across multiple departments and then resolves the issue with detailed solutions incorporating various business disciplines.

Held in conjunction with the University of Georgia's spring graduation ceremony, Graduation Convocation is a special ceremony honoring only Terry students. Students get to celebrate with just their Terry cohorts while their family and friends get another opportunity to commend their accomplishments.

The Terry Leadership Speaker Series presented by the Institute for Leadership Advancement brings well-known leaders from a variety of organizations to the Terry College of Business and the University of Georgia. In these student-oriented forums, leaders are asked to discuss their unique leadership styles and experiences.

Terry Talks connect students of a specific major with alumni in the industry. These events aim to facilitate mentorships and networking for students.

Terry Third Thursday is a breakfast speaker series for the Atlanta business community. This series features influential speakers, as well as special guests from the University of Georgia, who bring local and global perspectives on business and innovation.

Next Top Entrepreneur is an annual campus-wide contest in which student entrepreneurs compete for a chance at a $500 prize and a possible $100,000 in venture and angel investment capital. Through a series of information sessions, seminars, and individual coaching sessions, students learn how to properly strategize and pitch a business plan.

You could be one of ten or more UGA freshmen and sophomores that go home with a paid internship or company sponsored leadership opportunity. All winners will receive a $25 award.
