Greg Rizzo serves as Enbridge’s vice president of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to assuming his current role in 2012, Rizzo served as president and chief executive officer of Spectra Energy Partners, Spectra Energy’s publicly traded master limited partnership.

Rizzo joined the company in 1979 and has served in a number of executive leadership roles over the course of his career. He held the role of group vice president overseeing the commercial operations of Texas Eastern Transmission, Algonquin Gas Transmission and Market Hub Partners. Prior to that, he served as vice president of rates and regulatory affairs for Texas Eastern during the implementation of the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Order 636, promoting competition and efficiency in the transportation sector of the natural gas industry. Earlier in his career, Rizzo held management roles in marketing, pricing, regulatory affairs, risk management and system planning.
