Mark Gray is president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal Holding Company, the government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation owned by approximately 13,000 Iñupiat shareholders. ASRC Federal is headquartered in Washington DC, and supports a family of companies that provide a broad range of services to federal civilian, intelligence and defense agencies. Since joining the company in 2014, Mark has driven the corporate strategy to include notable organic growth as well as the successful integration of two acquisitions, helping to expand the company’s capabilities and customer base. He is committed to delivering exceptional services and driving business growth. Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Gray was vice president and general manager for URS Corporation’s System Engineering and Information Solutions Group, which had annual sales approaching $650 million and approximately 3,000 employees. He was responsible for growth and operations of DOD and federal civilian programs, and focused on providing integrated technical services and information technology solutions. David Battle is the founder of Battle Investment Group, LLC, a private investment management firm focused on the North American defense/security, government, and industrial markets. David has spent his entire career working with small and mid-sized businesses to support their growth, expansion, and success. From 2006-2015, he was a principal at Metalmark Capital, a New York-based private investment firm, where he was focused on the defense/security, government, and industrial sectors. There he served on the board of directors of the following investments: Airborne Systems (a provider of parachutes, aerial delivery systems, and related products to the US/allied militaries and emergency response organizations), Asynchrony Solutions (a provider of software development services), Schafer Corporation (provider of scientific, engineering, and technical services) and more. David currently serves as a Director of Advanced Core Concepts (http://www.advancedcoreconcepts.com), Chairman of the Corsair Society (http://www.corsairsociety.com), and a trustee of the University of Georgia Foundation.
