CSX Corporation is seeking candidates for the 2015 Finance Leadership Development Program and 2015 Summer Finance Internship Program
CSX’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed as a six-month rotational training program aimed at developing the skills of future business leaders within the Finance department. Each Associate will participate in three rotations through the functional areas in Finance. During each rotation, Associates will work with high-level project managers to make real-time business decisions. Also during the program, Associates will participate in a field visit and spend time at CSX's state of the art railroad training center in Atlanta. This is a full time program and upon completion, Associates are placed into Financial Analyst roles in one of the three functional areas in Finance, Corporate, Commercial & Operations, based on organizational need and individual preference.
CSX Corporation fosters a competitive recruiting process and targets to hire 4-8 candidates per year. The program will begin in July 2015. CSX’s Summer Finance Internship Program places interns within the Finance Department for a 10 week immersion in CSX methods and culture. Individuals complete challenging assignments that improve decision making and financial performance. Finance internships provide an opportunity for candidates to preview the full-time Leadership Development Program, while allowing CSX to actively recruit tomorrow's best talent. The 2015 Summer Internship in Finance begins in May and is a full-time, paid opportunity. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate business-related degree program and have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 (based on a 4.0 scale).
