    Working Towards the Online BBA Info Session: Webinar

    This webinar is designed for potential students who have had less than 45 hours of course credits at an accredited institution, or who have never enrolled in college. If you are thinking that the Online BBA could be right for you, but you just aren't ready to apply yet, this webinar will give you the information you need to plan ahead. We will cover some of the best options for getting the credits you need, reveal some of the mystery about transfer credits, and talk about the credits you need in order to enter the program. Specifically, we will talk about eCore, USG institutions, Online Courses, UGA Admissions, and General Education Requirements.

    Future Music Attorneys (FMA) is a program designed for those who aspire to become music attorneys.

    Speakers will include Evita Kaigler of EGK Law Offices and music attorney Michelle Simpson.

    Students will learn steps to take on the college level and law school level, knowledge of the music space from a music attorneys perspective, various ways to build a road map in becoming a music attorney, and the ability to social network with other future music attorneys across the country.

    Join us for a round table discussion on financial advising with Andrew Sullivan of Sullivan & Schlieman Wealth Management, LLC. Andrew Sullivan is managing partner and senior wealth advisor of Sullivan & Schlieman Wealth Management, LLC. In this role, he offers access to a full range of comprehensive financial services, including estate, financial and income planning, as well as strategic and tactical portfolio construction and management.

    Prior to forming Sullivan & Schlieman Wealth Management, LLC in 2008, Andrew was a financial advisor and senior vice president at SunTrust Investment Services for nearly 20 years. He has been in the financial services industry since 1989. Andrew graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in finance in 1989 and received a master's degree in international business from Georgia State University. He is a certified financial planner™ designee, earned through studies conducted at Oglethorpe University. Currently, Andrew serves on the executive committee and is chairman of the board of trustees at The Schenck School, where he also serves as chairman of the school's financial aid committee.

    Andrew is a member of the annual fund committee for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He is also a member of the Woodward Board of Governors. A passionate UGA alumnus, Andrew is a member of the Terry College of Business alumni board. He served on the board for Habitat for Humanity North Central Georgia and also served as the organization's treasurer. Andrew also served on the Development Committee for Wesleyan School for four years. In 2011, in recognition of Andrew's community involvement, he was nominated for the Turknett Leadership Character Award. Andrew and his wife, Donna, reside in Alpharetta, GA with their two children, Drew and Katie. He spends his free time with his family. They enjoy frequent trips to their house on Lake Hartwell. Andrew is also an avid hunter, traveling across the U.S. and various other countries for the sport. Andrew and his family are active members of Johns Creek Baptist Church.

A 2014 graduate of the University of Georgia, Brittany holds a BBA in both Marketing and MIS from the Terry College of Business and BA in Latin. A member of the top undergraduate team in the 2013 Deloitte Case Competition, Brittany was also an involved member of the Society for Management Information Systems. During her junior year, Brittany interned with PwC in Advisory Services Technology Consulting and upon graduation, joined the PwC team as an Associate focusing on Operations and Supply Chain in SAP. Brittany loves to travel and has visited 16 different countries! Outside of work she also enjoys snowboarding, water sports, live music, and walking her dog Sugar.

The title of her paper is "Under Pressure: The Effects of Anxiety and a critical Thinking Intervention on Auditors & Fraud Performance during Evidence Evaluation." Her paper will be available after March 27th in Brooks 255.
