The links at this site list the many economics students and faculty who have won university, college and departmental awards and recognition over the past few years. Undergraduate awards include University Honors recognition for graduating economics majors and the Outstanding Senior Paper Award. The Godfrey Award is given annually to the outstanding graduate student in economics, as determined by the faculty. Comer Awards are given competitively to outstanding new graduate students throughout the Terry College. The Excellence in Teaching Award and Outstanding Teaching Assistants are university-wide honors. Faculty recognition includes the departmental Kamerschen-Hampton Award for Outstanding Research in Economics and the George P. Swift Award for Outstanding Teaching in Undergraduate Economics, as well as other recognition given at the college and university levels.
