The vision of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) is to be an organization which leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for Blacks. As a professional membership organization of Black graduates with MBAs, advanced degrees, and entrepreneurs, it aims to increase the number as well as the diversity of successful Blacks in the business community by:

  1. providing innovative programs to stimulate their intellectual and economic growth,
  2. building partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth, and
  3. increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields.

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) is widely known as the “Premier Hispanic Organization.” NSHMBA serves 32 chapters and 7,000 members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development.
