Ernst & Young Workforce Diversity Series

Gain the Competitive Edge

Cross cultural interaction and the exchange of ideas across a variety of perspectives promotes a superior learning atmosphere and better prepares students for the challenges in the workplace. Through our year-long series students will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue and learn from facilitators and fellow participants on a host of business diversity topics.

Participation in four of the sessions offered throughout the academic year (in person or via webcast) and completing the additional requirements outlined below enables Terry students to earn the William E. and Barbara H. Beckham, Jr. Workforce Diversity Certificate. This non-credit hour certificate may be placed on the resume for employers that are seeking candidates with tangible cross-cultural competencies who can demonstrate enhanced abilities to work effectively with others. By participating in these programs and earning a certificate, students may gain a competitive edge in the job search with our Corporate Diversity Partners.
