Advanced topics in real estate. Special emphasis on current issues in the real estate industry and the conceptual and analytical tools available for their analysis. The course is designed to provide practical experience through case analysis, site selection projects, and other forms of market analysis and research. Offered every year.
Not open to students with credit in REAL 9870.
