Principles and techniques of appraising real estate with special emphasis on income producing real estate. The course provides an in-depth look at conventional valuation techniques in addition to modern valuation methods based on statistical inference. Special consideration is given to lease analysis and problems in applying the valuation techniques. Offered every year.
