MGMT 9500: Strategic Management II
Major research issues in the field of strategic management, including I/O Economics, the resource-based view, executive compensation, networks, and corporate governance, among others. Attention will also be given to issues affecting the conduct and publication of research, such as research design, measurement and validity, and the peer review process. Offered every year.
