MGMT 7410E: Strategic Management in a Changing Environment

Elements of strategy with principles of large-scale organizational change. Practical issues related to mental frameworks and human behavior, environmental and competitor analysis, competitive advantage for single- and multi-business firms, stakeholder analysis, and change implementation. Offered spring semester every year.

Not open to students with credit in MGMT 7410. Prerequisite: Permission of department.
